The file includes public holidays and shortened working days, plus observances when selected. All-day events do not mark your time as busy. The imported file does not update automatically.

How does the calendar work?

  • Working-day totals assume a Monday-to-Friday week. Days off include Saturdays, Sundays and national and public holidays; overlapping dates are counted once.
  • A holiday falling on Saturday or Sunday does not automatically provide a substitute day off on Monday. A national day of observance does not itself provide an extra day off.
  • The working day immediately before New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Victory Day and Christmas Eve is shortened by three hours. The marker applies when work is scheduled on that exact date; it is not moved to an earlier working day.
  • Shortened-working-day totals count only dates falling on weekdays. For shift work and summarised working time, the calculation depends on the actual schedule; use the shift schedule calculator.
  • Movable holidays follow the Gregorian calendar. Future years are calculated using the verified rules and may change if the law changes.

Future years use the verified rules currently in force. Changes in legislation may change the calendar.
