What this notice covers
This notice explains how Arvutused handles calculator data, appearance preferences and contact form data. There are currently no user accounts. Form data is sent to the server only after you press the send button; if sending fails, the fields remain in your browser.
Your figures and results
Calculations run in your browser. Your inputs and results are processed in your browser: the site does not send them to a server, add them to the page address or save them persistently. When you switch languages, the entered values pass once through temporary storage in this tab and are deleted as soon as the translated page opens; the result is recalculated.
You can choose to copy a result, print it or open the prepared text in your email app. Your chosen app or device then manages any copy you save.
Connecting to the site
When you load a page, the web server receives technical request data, including your IP address, the address of the requested resource and information your browser sends in request headers. Running calculations in your browser does not remove this technical processing.
Zone hosts this site. Technical logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are rotated daily; we do not create an additional archive. According to the Zone control panel, logs covering up to three months can be requested from the provider. Zone retains backups of files, the database and email for 14 days.
The email button beside a result opens a draft in your email app. The contact form is separate: after you select “Send message”, it sends your name, reply email, subject and message to the Arvutused server.
The form sends your request to arvutused@duediligence.ee; we handle correspondence in our internal admin area. We retain closed requests and related correspondence for 12 months after the last substantive reply. Unresolved requests and records of a specific dispute are kept until the matter is resolved or a mandatory retention period ends. Technical anti-spam keys for the form are deleted within 24 hours.
Your rights
Where your personal data is processed, GDPR provides rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, subject to its applicable conditions. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.
You can reach the site operator using the details on the contact page. You may also complain to Estonia’s Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (AKI).
